Avoid this place like the plague! You open the trunk for vacuuming so that the workers can wipe off the seams, and they act like you have 2 heads or something. They also billed our credit card for a month we didn't use without a signed agreement when our car was in the shop with parts on back order even after we had duly notified them. Then they wanted to inconvenience us further by having us to come in to cancel. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Took my truck through and it wasn't even close to clean when it came out. Back bumper wasn't even wet. Contacted them and they didn't respond. Won't go back.
How does this place stay in business? Was here on Sunday morning, shortly after they opened. Point is, they weren't even busy. Paid for in/out + clean mats (mine are rubber mats). $29 Results: bumper dirty, rims dirty, doors dusty, mats dirty, carpets dirty.. Was going to go back and complain, but it took them 30 mins to do a poor job, and I doubt it would have been worth my time. I took my car there this past weekend to get cleaned outside and inside. Paid 60 dollars for everything. Was very excited to get my beauty looking new again, i havent even had it but 8 months, its a new car and i alone take good care of it by cleaning and washing it myself excessively so its not like my car was a dump going in i just wanted it to look brand new again shining in the sun with a good wax , and the inside to be spotless again cause going into a regular car wash the vacuum machines only give u 4 minutes and i ca... read more
Awful job! Paid for inside detail, doors and dashboard still dirty! Did awful job vacuuming! I had to go to Target buy Armour wipes to clean my van! Paid $29.00 for a � crappy job! Never will go again!
