STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!! The cloth got under my roof rack rain guard and ripped it up and they do not want to pay for damages because there was paint chipped off the chrome piece so they said it is preexisting damage. They refuse to pay any damages!!😡

5 Star Auto Spa had a hose get caught in one of the brushes and it broke my brake light, scratched the whole passenger side, and left dents. They said it’ll be a week before anyone calls me to try to fix it. Then when I asked for a refund of my car wash from the manager she had the audacity to say “No, but you can go through the wash again” 😂😂😂😂😂. DONT GO TO 5 STAR AUTO SPA PEOPLE!!!

I know there’s limited time, but when I pay EXTRA to have my trunk cleaned, I expect it to be cleaned. It wasn’t even touched. I also still have bug guts on my windshield. I mean, REALLY?

I spent 44 dollars to have to come home and clean it myself! I even precleaned some to avoid this. The outside washer was great but wouldn't waste money on the interior again. They used to do a really good job. Very disappointed!

Although they did a great job wiping down the outside of my vehicle and the inside looks much better, they never get my windshield streak free! They need to use clean towels on the windshield. Not the same one they've been wiping everything else down with. I had to do the windshield and the back floor mats....that I paid extra for them to do! Still less time than the whole vehicle but kinda expensive.

I got a car wash today and wanted to have inside and outside of my car done. They were a little busy but not too bad. When my car was done, at first it appeared fine. After I drove away, I noticed that none of my seats were vacuumed. I have a dog and there was dog fur still stuck to the back and side of my passenger seat. my dash was barely wiped down and where my gages were wasn't touched at all. Not happy at all with the way my truck turned out. Bought the wash that included cleaning the inside. Big spots were missed all over the outside. Running boards still had mud and dirt caked on them. Inside was not vacuumed well at all. Got home and had to clean all my windows because the insides were streaked so bad you couldn’t even see when the sun hit them. Now I understand this wasn’t a high dollar detailing job but I expected better than what I got..

Three days after shampooing, the seats and carpet were still wet. They told me when I picked the vehicle up that I needed to keep it in “the garage” with the windows down. Well, I don’t have a garage and it rained the first 24 hours after the service was done. The car interior smells worse than you could ever imagine.
