Awful service and I’m not one to typically review business. after spending $60 to have my car cleaned mats scrubbed and inside dressed, I had to pull back around to have it re vacuumed there was still crummed up gold fish on my leather seats and then I get told they don’t vaccum cup holders so I still have sand in them. We won’t be returning 🤬
Worst car wash ever. Paid 20 for the lava wash with hot wax upgrade. Did not get a hot wax, soap still on brand new car. Dirt still all on the car. Water spots on glass dirt streaks on painted surfaces. I even pressure washed it before going still came out with dirt on my new not even a month old 2020 Subaru. Never again. Not worth the money spent. Hell not worth any money spent. Do not go to 5 star auto spa.
Awful. My windows have streaks all over. The hardly vacuumed the inside. When I pointed it out to the young girl who drive my car out to give it to me, she said there vacuum don’t pick up much. There is dirt in my center cup holders. The people seemed more occupied talking then doing their jobs. Won’t be going back. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
DO NOT chance taking ur car to this place. The car wash broke my side mirror in the tunnel. Employees retrieved the broken piece of the mirror in their car wash tunnel. Management then advised me that they would NOT PAY to have it fixed. Advised it’s “out of their control.”
paid for inside of car to be cleaned, dirt in between the seats, had to clean myself. not going back
The express detail here is a joke. They walk around the car wiping off the same stuff over and over with the same dirty rags they clean tires with and miss the same stuff over and over. Total waste of $35 unless you just want an expensive preclean for yourself to go home and finish, like me.
Spent $30 for an inside/outside cleaning. Looks like they didn’t even touch the inside. Dog hair everywhere. Water spots on the windows
Recommendedusually really a great job on detailing, but today was a little disappointing.
Will never take another vehicle to this car wash. My truck was damaged during the wash and no attempt was made to make things right. It took over 40 minutes and cost $29....not sure yet how much it will cost to repair the trim piece that was broken. The manager couldn't have cared less. Dismal job and horrible customer service - beware of this place.
