I was very disappointed in my recent experience. I paid extra on top of the regular interior cleaning to make sure my car would come out at least decent. I have three small kids, so the dirt in my car consists of random sticky spots, toy trash, and the occasional pen marks. I don’t expect miracles, being that it is not a full detailing, but I expect for the entire interior to at least be a basic level of clean when I leave. This place is terrible. They want to charge you additional money for things that are basic and should be done anyway. I paid for the exterior and interior cleaning of my truck and the inside looks terrible. Multiple people cleaned the inside of my vehicle and it still looks like it did when it started. Dust on the dashboard. The doors have dirt on them. And there is a clear hand print in dust in the back seat area where you can see they reached in but cleaned nothing. By not trying to rip people off by telling them they need things fixed that do not need to be fixed.
Wow. I knew the cleaning quality had gone down hill here but today really took the cake. $44 for interior/exterior and I walk away with a dirtier interior than what I came in with. They didn’t wipe the inside down, and threw the rugs that were on the floor on the back seat. They did that and never touched the back seat with a vacuum. I didn’t realize until I came home and moved the rugs to find this mess. Next time I guess I can just give my money away.
27 dollars for interior and exterior. It doesn’t even look vacuumed. There is dirt on the middle console as if it wasn’t wiped down at all. Very disappointed
$84 and my car was still not vacuumed in backseat, console and backseats And my car was hardly dirty...I complained to the manager and she told me I should UPGRADE!! Told me that they do not give refunds and the washer tore off my license plate. Last time EVER!!
Was there yesterday paid $44 and the sunroof glass not cleaned and passenger door inside not wiped off and cup holder up front not wiped... I have been there numerous times in the past few years but this was by far the worst job I have had done.
They do a pretty good job! However the last visit, my windshield was smeared. I didn’t notice until I had left. Plus they spilled my coffee on my seat. I reported it and they came back and wiped my cloth seat with a cloth and spray.
Very disappointed in the interior job they did. They used to be so much better, not sure what happened. The exterior was as good as could be. Such a shame I'm going to stop going there.
