Well I took my 2016 Dodge Dart there and spent 55 dollars on the lava express wash and interior package. When the car was finished it looked like they didn't touch the front of the car and had bug guts everywhere. Told a manager and got a free one. Well today I took the car back and they didn't dry it so it was spotted, the Windows all around the car look like a 5 year old did it. I don't know what managements issue is with their training style but it is horrible... I will never come back until they get people that know what... read more

The quality of cleaning has gone downhill. I went today and got exterior/interior cleaning. Outside was decent. Inside was vacuumed fair, but none of the door trim was cleaned at all. And my daughter spilled a milkshake getting out of the car in their building. I asked for a rag and cleaned up what I could figuring they would help wipe the rest (since that is their job...). They never even touched it.... The girl who drove it up asked how it looked while she was walking away. Never even gave me a chance to look it over....

My husband and I took our vehicle in for a cleaning. We paid $26 to have it washed, wiped down, and vacuumed. When we got the car back, we had to wipe it down because it was still dirty. They had not wiped off the door handles, mirrors, the black trim, and many other areas. We took it to the so-called Manager, and he laughed about it. He said, as he laughed about it, "Yea, they should have cleaned that better or that they don't clean those areas." We will no longer waste our money at this business. I had the complete interior done in detail shop not just the express detail. The real job. They left debris, candy, dirt, and dog hair in car. I paid 143.00 and I got robbed. They could have named their price. I wanted interior detailed. I brought car back next day after looking over car in sunlight. They want me to pay again another 143.00 to finish the job. I had to take my valuable time to come back and they refused to clean car. I have been a customer for 5 years. I deserved better service. I had strip and two ear inf... read more

Vehicle was washed and waxed, interior cleaned as expected. BUT, before entering the car wash I needed to pull out of line to remove my antenna. When entering back into line I asked about being sure I received the wash I paid for but the attendant did not speak English and needed to turn off the car wash and get someone who could understand. Overall, the wait was about 5 min., causing those in front of me already in the wash to have to wait as well as myself. This is a problem that really needs to be remedied.
