⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at 5 Star Auto Spa in Winchester. The job was clearly rushed and only half done — spots missed, poor attention to detail, and no effort to make it right. When I brought it up, all I got was a casual “sorry” with no follow-through or offer to fix it. Definitely not worth the money or the name “5 Star

My wife her rear wiper arm broken there. They refused to fix it. They said next time tell them to have them tape it. I wouldn't need to ask to get it taped if the carwash didn't break it. We went to Hang 10. much nicer there.
went in and paid for a wash and detail, my car came out still with dirt on thr inside and outside and the air freshener they ask if you want you can't even smell it... spoke to a manager who said she was having them fix the stuff that was wrong and even after them "fixing" it it still wasn't done... that was 60 dollars down the drain when I'm sure my kids could have done a better job
