It would be hard to envision a better experience at a car care facility. Elizabeth at the front desk was great to work with, explaining everything and providing options with clarity and patience. When you're from out of town and relocate to the area, you're always worried about finding an honest and affordable service shop. We have taken both of our cars here more than once. Each time they are efficient, upfront with the pricing, and very reasonable on cost. We highly recommend them!
Kid-friendly, clean, warm and inviting and that just the waiting room! I have used them several times and every time they are happy to help. When needing approval for work, I found all of their pricing to be competitive and they email proposals and even texed me details. All very helpful while I was at work and made them the place I choose every time for issues big and small.

Our family have 5 cars, so far I've taken 3 of them for inspections & misc. reasons. HINRH has gotten me all fixed up with no hassles. Keep up the good work...we will be back.

My truck was squeak, squeak squeaking and jangle, jangle jangling. It was embarrassing. They took care of the problem for a reasonable price and I can be in stealth mode once again. Thx! Highly recommend. I drove over 50 miles to have them work on it, that’s how much I trust this place.

I just went for my inspection sticker and was impressed by the order of their service system, the free snack they had to offer while I waited, their friendliness, and speed they got me through. I will definitely check with them next time I need a repair.
