I had work done on my 72 vw bug in November 2016, this January 2018 the same problem arose and after speaking to John, the owner, I had it towed to the shop so he could get it fixed. After getting to the shop, I got the run around after they burned up the alternator trying to get the car to start. With over a month of no phone calls, John never being at the shop when I came by, or any updates I had to seek a lawyer. The people there were friendly and the work done was great. The issue I have is the parts price was very high. I checked some auto parts websites, which listed the same parts for hundreds of dollars cheaper. I felt that I way overcharged and the only compensation was the promise that work and parts have a warranty.

Terrible service!!! Made appt to have AC repaired....it sat there for 4 1/2 hours ... did no work because they did not have part... I made appt four days before for the service . They knew I needed part and did not have it. They did no work and didn't even call me to tell me. I asked for an inspection too. They didn't even do that!!!

Totally bummed, went to get my inspection, I was told that the inspector went home for the day. I was looking forward to some Honest service, next time I will call.
