RecommendedI would recommend this location to anyone needing work done on their car, including state inspection needs. The entire staff, and specifically the manager and technician, Tony, did such a wonderful job helping me get what I needed done with the most affordable options possible without trying to over sell me unnecessary parts or services. Car problems are never a fun experience, but their entire staff did a wonderful job making the situation go as smoothly as possible!
I heard some grinding type sounds coming from my front brakes and I brought it to honest one after getting estimates from two other places who told me my pads were almost gone and said I needed new rotors too. After I took it in, I was shown my pads which still have quite a bit of life on them and the rotors were in good condition too. After some cleaning and maintenance, final bill came to $56. I'm bringing my car to this place anytimeI have issues from now on!
The customer experience here is phenomenal!!!! From the moment you walk in the front door everyone is courteous. They took the time to decorate the bathroom (ladies we know this is important)...free wifi and offered me something cold to drink all while I was waiting for my oil to be changed....Upscale care me and my car :)
This is the first time I've had my car serviced by Honest-1. They did a great job -- fast, professional and extremely courteous. It was a great experience and I'm happy to recommend them!

I am so upset right now, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE - ESPECIALLY older cars who have been driven by the same owner with regular maintenance. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE OIL CHANGE. Their FREE OIL CHANGE is going to cost us big! I owned the same vehicle for more than 10 years, regular maintenance and only one minor repair to the AC in the ENTIRE time I owned the vehicle. Go anywhere else!!! This place is anything but honest. Every auto repair place marks up part prices, but this place charges much more than others. I called around to verify that after my husband told me that the price was too high. Then, they had our car for a entire week and still didn't have it fixed. My husband had to get ugly with them to get them to finish it. Then we had to return the car three different times because the engine light kept coming right back on.
