My truck had been running hot for some time, but Honest-1 Auto Care got to the bottom of it! They replaced the Radiator and Charcoal Canister. It took a few days due to waiting on parts, but they were able to send me home with a loaner car at no extra charge! Shortly after this, I needed to have my vehicle inspection done. I thought I heard a weird noise coming from my car but wasn't sure. Took it to Honest1 and they took it to the back to check it out. They didn't hear or see anything so they asked if I wanted to leave my car there for a few hours to allow the engine to cool down. I was hesitant because I only had one vehicle and my hubby was at work. Honest1 gave me one of their loaner cars to use while I waited for mine. Hot day to be sitting in the bank drive-thru for the office when I smelled burning coolant, heard a pop and smoke rushed from under my hood. Some nice folks pushed me to an empty parking lot. That’s where Ashley found me stranded with my hazard lights on. She called her boss, he picked me up right away and my car is going to be A OK! Just picked my car up from the shop, needed some routine maintenance along with a couple of other things to be fixed. Im always worried being a female and not having the greatest knowledge about vehicles that Im going to get taken advantage of and that was not the case with this place.
