Honest-1 Auto Care is a very professional business and they do everything they can to make your visit as good as it can be. Very honest and an up front estimate which is very accurate. Will be going back in the future.
When a I checked into my appointment they were very kind. Being a woman you never know what to expect when you come to places like this. They had a nice area for my kids to play and keep themselves busy which was a blessing with 2 busy toddlers. My issue with my car was diagnosed quickly and I feel the estimates for repairs for my issues were fair and not unreasonable. All in all I will be using them for anything I need for my vehicles
Had a coupon for an alignment and was able to schedule an appointment the day of, was told it would take an hour and it took just that. Appreciate y’all.
Very organized, professional and efficient. In and out in no time and even left me cheez-its!! Very satisfied!!!!
I found them to be friendly, polite, knowledged in what was going on. Cost was a bit more than I expected, but hey, costs goes up! I will be a return customer, if and when the time comes.
They were upfront and honest, didn't push me into doing something I couldn't afford, and had my car with multiple issues good as new in less than one day. Thank you so much!
It took them about an hour to do an alignment and an oil change. They have online coupons which saves me a lot of money. The waiting area was very comfortable. Comfortable enough to take a nap!!! My car is running great and I will definitely be retiring to get some brake work done.
