Just got my oil changed for the first time by this company and their customer service is phenomenal! Big thank you to Jackie for being so helpful and knowledgeable about the future tune ups I will need.
The Staff at Honest-1 are great! This is a company that cares about its customers and I recommend that anyone who needs a good place to service their cars should visit Honest-1 to check them out. I had them do alignment wok on my car, and it was done very quickly. I stayed talking to one of the owners, Kristi, longer than the time it took them to get my car driving great again.
Should be called NOT Honest One. They essentially stole our money and didn't fix our issue with our truck. When confronted, they said they would get it back in to look at in. The estimate given was another $6400 after we had just paid $1700. We found someone to fix ALL issues for less than $3900. They are CROOKS HERE. Also, they are not ASE certified like they claim!
A tune up going to cost 2300.00. 1300.00$ for some spark plugs and coil packs 700$ in labor They are ripping people off with the parts and labor check around before dealing with this clowns 🤡
The most unprofessional and shady mechanic in Clarksville. My buddy asked them to save all old parts that were replaced and they only saved a spark plug. When they were confronted with doing shady work they immediately started to offer to pay back money to fix the situation. They lied to my buddy and said his whole distributor needed to be replaced when it was only a sensor that needed to be replaced. March 8 Review. My first time there was great. I scheduled an appt for my husband's truck a week later. They want to charge me $600 for a part I can get directly from the dealer for $318. Then I ask what the charges are for the work completed, was told $360. What!? I was smart and wrote down the price given to me earlier today of $283. Absolutely ridiculous. I have been a regular customer but after these past two experience, no more. I called Wednesday to schedule an oil change on Saturday. I arrived early for my appointment, only to be told I would be waiting a while. They we're backed up on oil changes, 'what was the point of making an appointment.' Then I called Monday to make an appointment for that Wednesday and confirmed over the phone; they would be able to give me a ride into work. I wasn't really a fan of this place. I was told the reason why getting an oil change take so long here compared to anyone else was because they check your whole car brakes ect. When my car was done with the oil change I paid and no one spoke with me about the "inspection" they give. I walked in KNOWING I needed a new air filter and breaks because my car was just at jeep and they showed me I needed to replace both brakes and my air filter.
