RecommendedI went for an oil change today and felt so rude because I was on the phone dealing with my insurance company for 30 min. The service was super fast and after the terrible time on the phone I get in my truck and see pretzels and a bible verse. It's the little things but it made my day. They have great service!
I went there for an alignment. I was out in less than an hour. I felt very welcome during my time there and the staff was very friendly. Waiting area is very clean. They live up to their name, I will be back there. Highly recommended.

Our van broke down at 2 a.m. while passing thru TN on the way to see family...2 toddlers, a dog, and tons of luggage...the makings for an awful experience. Luckily we were towed to Honest 1. The owners and other staff treated us like family while we were stranded away from home. Their customer service is superior and I have no complaints with any repairs performed. They would easily become my trusted repair store of choice if we ever happen to settle down in the Clarksville area.

The Staff at Honest-1 are great! This is a company that cares about its customers and I recommend that anyone who needs a good place to service their cars should visit Honest-1 to check them out. I had them do alignment wok on my car, and it was done very quickly. I stayed talking to one of the owners, Kristi, longer than the time it took them to get my car driving great again.
