RecommendedTim and his Staff were exceptional! They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything about the repairs needed for my vehicle and didn't sugar coat it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the truth and not a bandaid, friendly and accommodating staff, and clean atmosphere! They offer a clean waiting area, not too many seats but that's because you don't wait long, kids play area, free WiFi and the cleanest restroom (Better than most food places). Thank you so much for everything!
I went for an oil change today and felt so rude because I was on the phone dealing with my insurance company for 30 min. The service was super fast and after the terrible time on the phone I get in my truck and see pretzels and a bible verse. It's the little things but it made my day. They have great service!
I went there for an alignment. I was out in less than an hour. I felt very welcome during my time there and the staff was very friendly. Waiting area is very clean. They live up to their name, I will be back there. Highly recommended.

Our van broke down at 2 a.m. while passing thru TN on the way to see family...2 toddlers, a dog, and tons of luggage...the makings for an awful experience. Luckily we were towed to Honest 1. The owners and other staff treated us like family while we were stranded away from home. Their customer service is superior and I have no complaints with any repairs performed. They would easily become my trusted repair store of choice if we ever happen to settle down in the Clarksville area.
Just got my oil changed for the first time by this company and their customer service is phenomenal! Big thank you to Jackie for being so helpful and knowledgeable about the future tune ups I will need.
