Recently had a little incident involving a curb (I might have hit it but it fought back). It required a little more fixing than just a tire repair. I was referred to Honest-1 Auto Care in Clarksville and I had top tier service. They were professional, transparent (brought me out to see where the damage was & offered to let me leave with the old parts that were replaced) and responded with a sense of urgency. My daughter got stuck with a bad transmission that had to be replaced. Matt worked with me to find an affordable rebuilt unit, and then helped get the vehicle on an auto transport back to NJ, since my daughter bought a new vehicle. Honest, caring, and compassionate all the way. I was not pressured once, and they worked with me on keeping the vehicle while I figured out what to do with it. Matt was the best at keeping me up to date on everything. THANKS!

Excellent and professional service! Although the report was not what we expected, Honest is NOT only on its name, is the way their actions speak, because they were Honest to tell us the truth. And that, matter! Thanks, Honest 1!And as I checked on the car after we got it home, the have gifted us a bag of chips with their signature and a message from God (John 14:6) - “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me." This was the cherry on the top!!! My husband and I, loved it!!!

😍 Staff was amazing and they were super quick and efficient for my oil change and trip inspection. They gave me an incredibly reasonable quote of a service I should consider getting done soon yet did not make me feel cornered into getting it done right away. Will be taking my car there from now on!
Only place i will come to for alignments & brake inspections. Amazing crew
