I have heard great things and had high expectations and was totally let down. My car was not cleaned well, Staff was very unprofessional and treated me differently compared to other’s. Will not be going again! I have no problem for paying the price but It’s ridiculous when you can’t give a customer what they pay for! 🤦🏻♀️

Not for larger trucks. No more interior cleaning for now. Not worth the cost

We live down a dirt road so naturally we need a car wash from time to time. We got turned away being told there was too much dirt on our car. The attendant was nice about it thankfully, but that is seriously a crazy strict standard for a car wash. Obviously there’s no point in us returning as we will always have visible dirt on our car...

The reason that decision was made was to protect your car and the cars behind you. from any rocks and debris that could be in the mud. I normally have good service here, but yesterday I had Splash do the $45 complete wash and detail. When I got home I discovered that the wheels were not properly wiped, the tailgate had not been wiped down and was filthy, the rear bumper was not wiped down and my running boards were not wiped down either. I am not a happy camper as I had to perform these tasks at home. For the price Splash charges this is not acceptable service, especially since they were not busy at that time.

I really tried to avoid writing this review. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The first time was when theyvfurst opened, they sprayed some sort of liquid into my cup holders and then blew it out- which then splattered all over my ceiling liner and stained it. My second visit, they did an oil change but forgot to full up the wiper fluid and then lost my floor mats. Twice, over 2 months they told me they were ordering them and they never came. Did a terrible job on detailing my car. Inside and outside we’re still dirty. Was told that bugs had eaten into the clear coat yet I wiped them off with a little elbow grease. Rims not cleaned, inside still dirty.
