I used your carwash services on 3/2/2024. I left your carwash and went about 1 exit up the highway to pick my son up from work. While there I noticed there were scratches on the hood of my car. I immediately called the location and was told to come right back. I did. We took pictures of my vehicle and I was told it would be made right. I was contacted again today 3/6/24 and informed that nothing was obvious after reviewing the video and that I was on my own and you would not be liable for damage. Went in for the $55.00 wash and interior clean. Looked about the same when we got home. Should have checked it before we left. Unacceptable!

Not impressed. Got my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L cleaned today on the exterior and interior. Came home and still had to clean my car myself. Watched the guy force my automatic trunk door closed, which is what kills the motor in those. My piano black details on the interior are scratched up now. The tires are only half shined, windshield is still dirty, and there are still chunks of dirt along the bottom of the vehicle. If you want your vehicle clean, save the money and do it yourself.

Well first I want to say I have several trucks under the unlimited plan and have had since they opened for the washes but most of all for the oil changes and today I go in and have my oil changed and find out when I get ready to leave I owe $106 dollars and I said do what ? She said they changed the policy the end of November and I said that would have been nice to know before u serviced it she just said sorry ! went to have truck detailed. afterwords went home just to find my sobriety coin from my daughter was missing i looked in truck everywhere couldn't ind it call the store and of course no one knows anything bout it so lock anything in the open up or it will be missing

RecommendedDo not use this car wash. The customer service here is 0. The car wash was mediocre at best. My tires were still dirty. (And that cost me $25, the car wash at the gas station does a better job for a lot less) But the real issue is that the wash ripped the fin antenna off the top of my car. I'm talking ripped off. Even scratched the top of my car. I still have some screws sticking out of the top. I reported the incident to the location. I followed all their procedures regarding filing a complaint. RecommendedThe car wash is ok, but their interior work and hand wax services are not very good at all. I've had their unlimited wash membership for several months now and I'm happy with it for the most part. After driving through the car wash a couple of days ago, I decided to try some of their other services and spent $90 for 3 of them: interior clean, interior shine, and hand wax. So I paid for the interior clean plus an interior shine and leather shine. Over $100 dollars. I get home and see they didn’t wipe down all the doors. The dash still had dust. The cargo area was still dirty. So I had to go back and clean. I usually love the job people at Splash do….but not this location.
