Seriously...in these days of COVID, hardly any of the workers, inside or outside, wore masks. The girl inside got an attitude when I asked if they weren’t required to wear them. She said not when people aren’t in there...while I’m standing two feet from her. She then threw on her mask and checked me out without another word and quickly removed her mask again. The prices have skyrocketed over the past few years, and the attention to detail has decreased. Each time I go, they finish extremely fast but miss obvious easy to clean areas. Yesterday my wife went, they missed tons of spots and they “made it better”. After getting in the car last night, there’s finger prints on the windshield, crumbs in all the cup holders, spots on the leather etc etc. Honestly, for $40+, the job on the inside should be much better. I was here on Saturday. They completed my car in less then 10 minutes. The windshield is streaked so badly that I am going to have to have it done again somewhere else. They were in such a rush that my car was not cleaned properly. All they wanted to do was just get it out in a few minutes NOT take the time to actually clean it like I paid for. I will not be returning to this location.

Very expensive for the service that you get. If you have 40 dollars to throw away this is the place!
I would not recommend this place. I had my truck hand washed (tuxedo black) and when it was finished and dried....it had very visible spots all over that were missed and had surface scratches in the clear coat on most of truck. I took it back and absolutely nothing would get done about it, even though the manager said he could plainly see the scratches, other than letting me run thru the auto wash which afterwards looked worse than before.
Been taking my cars there for years and when I got the "best" car wash ($19) I expected to get the inside cleaned, not going to happen! I was told I would have to pay an additional $13 just for the inside! You just keep raising the prices and giving less. No one makes $52 per hour washing windows of a car. You just lost my business!
Very dissatisfied been going there 4 years and went today and all they had was the house special which is the same price as pennzoil. Then I go over to get the wash and it cleaned out like I have in the past and the young man told me they charged for the cleaning of the inside...should have known something was different since there was only one other car there normally it’s backed up!!! Only gave it a 1 because it want let me give it a 0!!!
Unfortunately, we will not be back. Took our truck for an oil change and requested that they grease the front end well and we have one half greased ball joint and one with zero grease. The house blend oil that is used now is also junk. $77 later we are completely unsatisfied.
Horrible save ur money I paid to have my car cleaned and then had to redo it when I left I wrote and no one cares to write back
