I would NOT recommend this company. I had a monthly membership for the outside car wash. I had a small spill on my front floorboard and they wouldn’t allow me to use the vacuum to clean it up. I wasn’t planning on vacuuming my entire car… only the front floor board . How ridiculous! I’ve paid hundreds of dollars to this company over the past couple of years, and I’m not even allowed to use the vacuum to clean small portion of my front floor board? Are you serious? I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. I got the car wash and interior cleaning today. When inspecting my car I noticed some scratching that wasn’t there before I brought the car in. Manager Austin Lister proceeded to tell me it wasn’t there responsibility to do anything it was previous damage. Well there wasn’t scratches from over wiping the area before I came but now there is. Bought my daughter a used vehicle and the inside was extremely dirty stopped by Splash to get it washed and the inside cleaned. They did a horrible job.
Brand new 2021 Charger, now have a huge split through the body of the vehicle. Of course I didn't notice until I got home. Please check your equipment. Never Again!
I just had a horrible experience. I live in Cabot and have been driving to this location for many years to get my car detailed inside and out. I knew it wasn’t going to be good because I parked my car to the side because it was busy and they didn’t have room after the car wash. I watched two cars get dried off that came in after mine. I got my car washed here for the 1st time on Tuesday and after leaving and making it home I immediately noticed a lot of fine scratches. I called and spoke with Aaron and he asked me how many miles did I have on my car and what time did I get my car washed.
