Went this morning for the first time ever and will definitely be using them in the future. Went to get the works done before I have my baby. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcome. I got my oil changed, car washed and inside detailed. They did a fantastic job! They let me know all of my options and took fantastic care of me and my car. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and family in the future!
I purchased a used vehicle that had a "dirty" appearance and was told they lived on a dirt road and the vehicle stayed dirty. I was fine with this knowing I would take it to get cleaned at Splash. Little did I know, the vehicle had not been washed in quite a while and the dirt was on thick. I ran it through the wash once and you could still see quite a bit of dirt. I had an issue with my monthly subscription and after 2 Other employees said they would handle it right away(yet still had the same problem) the third time is the charm! Brooks took all my contact info, handled the problem, and called me after to confirm he had, indeed, fixed the issue. Thank you Brooks!
