Recommendedcomfortable lobby area and great work
Splash constantly goes above and beyond to make their customers happy! I’ve been coming here for a year now and have not ever had even a mediocre experience. Smiles on faces, and good work ethic can be spotted everywhere. From their exterior/interior cleaning to their quick oil changes I’ve been more than impressed. They even have a whole wall that kids can draw on with expo markers and a Megablock center in the lobby. Above and beyond with everything they do!
Everyone was so nice and friendly. I felt like they did me right. They were helpful but not pushy. I’ll definitely be using them from now on.
Best wash and vacuum in Arkansas
I have an unlimited car wash pass so I go often - and with 2 kids, I always stop at the vacuum. This past week, I went after I dropped my son off at school and the vacuum got my wedding ring (I had it in the cup holder like a dummy). John helped me look for it for over an hour, taking lots of things apart, digging through trash and dirt, and went above and beyond. I came in tonight for an oil change but I didn’t realize they closed 30 minutes before I got there. I was in a panic because I am going out of town and I was already over on my mileage. Even though the crew working already had everything shut down they told me to pull on in and took care of me!!! They even had to hand write me a new mileage sticker because the computers were already shutdown. They did not have to do this at all but they did!! This is top customer service right here. If every business had a Nathan Jones as a team member the world would be a better place. He is an outstanding young man. His mother raised him well and should be proud. My life received another blessing today when our paths crossed. While my car was detailed, I observed much kindness on display from all staff I encountered. I will return often.
I had my 1st oil change today. Joanna & Trevor were amazing!! Splash is such a wonderful, friendly place!
