RecommendedWent today to get my oil changed & tires rotated & they have awesome customer service and were all so nice and helpful. If your looking for somewhere to take great care of your car this is the place!
This place is great! They explained exactly what they were doing. They're nice & didn't treat me like a "dumb girl" that doesn't know anything about vehicles-which means a lot to me. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable. They're lobby is big, clean, comfortable & stocked with snacks and drinks. They even have a kids play area & tables so you can use your laptop & their free wifi while you're waiting. I also have their road-side assistance for a year since I spent more than $25. The staff is all very kind and friendly, but with multiple different vehicles I was misdiagnosed and paid over a thousand for wrong repairs… I told em I believed it was the transmission based on the code I got on my code reader. They ignored that code and proceeded to tell me it was something else. Well… it was the transmission. Proper diagnosis could have also saved me money on the repairs they did, paying for a rental for over a week while they had it, and a tow. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Never had an issue recommended them to many people until this week. Tuesday needed an oil change and was hearing a concerning popping asked them to check it out I was literally there for maybe thirty mins. Drive through oil changes take longer then that, it was very hard to believe they checked the car, they said they did. As soon as I turned out of the parking lot there was the noise again. I know nothing about trucks so when mines was having issues I looked up shops and was fooled by the name. I have a older f150 , not a foreign vehicle. I paid 80 dollars for them to run diagnostics only. They took 2 days to do that. They told me it would be about $1500 to fix the truck and constantly pushed thier financing on me. I repeated the answer no many times. I went in April to get an a oil change on my 2012 Kia Sorento which took 1hr and a half, ask the guy at front counter what was taking so long for an oil change and informed me they do a full diagnostic on all vehicles... almost a week later my car went to making a crazy blowing noise come to find they didn’t replace my reservoir cap on my truck now I have a blown head gasket.... DO NOT GO HERE !!!!
Sad to be publishing this review seeing how everyone else has had a wonderful experience. However, hopefully our misfortune will help keep another family from what has happened to us with our experience; because my family’s experience was anything but pleasant. We took my husbands truck to Honest one in April, told the employees the complaints (in which was noted and even included on our invoice).
