RecommendedI came in on a Saturday, and had my check engine light looked at. I sat down in a comfortable waiting room, enjoyed a cup of coffee in a bright and clean space, and waited the feedback on my car. When they did come tell me what was wrong, I wasn't in a place financially where I could spend the money to make the repairs. Not only were they understanding and kind, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or belittled because I couldn't pay. Great customer service. very nice waiting areas with coffee, tea and cold water. oh, and snacks. Very clean bathroom, "spalike". Fast, efficient and friendly. Will be back!

Saturday morning oil change. I have been hearing about this Honest 1 oil change place...decided to set an appointment and check it out. These guys get a 5 Star rating!! Tracy Spencer Smith met up with me to check it out...the bathroom is very "spa" like...great lotion : ) coffee bar with treats was outstanding. They covered everything they were doing ahead of time and the cost. It is locally owned by a wonderful couple that supports the SPCA of East Texas....they are dog people! Yay! The best auto repair place we have ever been to. Fast and friendly service. They explain everything to you thoroughly, including cost and will even take you out to the shop and show you exactly what needs to be done as well as what they are going to do. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended. Completely HONEST and we all appreciate that!
