Recently had my van fixed here. I told them all of what was wrong with it. Picked it up today after I was told it was fixed to find out in fact part of what I told them was going on wasn’t fixed. They told my husband they misunderstood what I said (which hey you think if they misunderstood they would ask for clarification clearly not) anyways they told him he could bring it back and have it re diagnosed for $100!!! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotate, two hours later they were done with no mention of why my requested service was taking so long. They were more interested in the $5000 worth of recommended services based on mileage rather than actual condition of those particular items.

Jake, I show that your appointment was at 3:00 and your invoice was paid at 4:32. That's how long the service does take because we do a thorough vehicle health inspection and we did the additional free tire rotation. We do want you to have a good idea of what's going on with your vehicle. I'm sorry if you weren't made aware of the expected time when you came in.
I told my boyfriend to bring his car here to get his leaking tire fixed and his oil changed, and they forgot to seal the oil filter and 30 days later his car had ZERO oil in it. Honest 1 Auto Care is a joke, and nothing honest about it.
Where to start, so I took my BMW 335i GT in because the car went into limp mode and the heater stopped working. They ran the initial inspection and sent it to me, which I had brought up when I took it in it was probably a thermostat or a sensor. But it ended up being the thermostat, I told them if that fix was not horribly expensive then I wanted to do the brakes and a tune up (plugs and wires).
