I really don't know how they have such good ratings. They have to make some of these themselves. They "fixed" my leaky tire several times and made me pay a different price each time. Paid wayy too much to get a few problems fixed and had to redo all the problems elsewhere. I've heard so many local stories about them taking advantage of others here too. Trust me. Don't go.

Just like their name suggests, they are very honest. With the care, what was needed for the vehicle, and how much the job was going to cost. I appreciate them very much.

I recently moved back to the Owatonna area and needed a new mechanic shop. I chose Honest-1 Auto Care because it is a AAA endorsed shop. I know that means they have to meet higher than average standards of customer service and satisfaction. I was not disappointed. The first thing I liked was the ability to book an appointment online on their easy to navigate website. I received a confirmation the next day and reminders by text and email. Very trustworthy and does a great job every time. I brought my car in for a recall to the dealership and they said that I needed a new tires and a whole bunch of other stuff. I brought it to Honest One auto care and they showed me what I needed to replace and what I didn’t. They are great

We have been taking our vehicles here exclusively for the last couple of years and have always received excellent service. We have never been pushed to complete work that wasn't necessary but always given estimates for the suggested work so we can research other options if we want. I appreciate that I can schedule appointments online and that I get emailed reminders when services are due (oil change, tire rotation, etc.).
