I needed some work done on son’s vehicle these guys did not disappoint. They were very responsive to my needs and concerns and completed the repairs accurately and timely. Very pleasant to deal with!
I may never recover from the damage done by this mechanic. They charge double what their work is worth (if they even successfully complete the task) and You're just paying them to be off on weekends. Thought maybe the extra was some veterans charity. It's not. The amount of ongoing stress and damage to my life done by this garage is staggering. My son's vehicle (128K miles) began running very roughly and we took it to VVR for an evaluation. They were able to look at it quickly and diagnosed a severe internal engine problem. It was agreed that the solution was not worth the value of the car. I wanted the car towed to my home and they were kind enough to help facilitate that. Recently we had a routine oil change done. After picking up our vehicle, running an errand and returning home, we parked the car for the evening. The next morning my husband noticed that oil had leaked on our driveway and in our garage. He checked and the dipstick showed clean as the oil had all leaked out.
