RecommendedKatrina gave great customer service and was super friendly!
Business response:
Thanks so much for the awesome review, Alexandra!
Went on 6/6 for a car wash and detail and they didn’t vacuum between seats or even open the trunk of my suv to vacuum or clean that whole area. Tried leaving message online and voicemail, but no reply.
Business response:
Hi Sara, we're so sorry to hear about your recent experience—that's definitely not the level of service we aim to provide. We'd like to make this right! When you have a moment, could you please reach out to us at support@cleancarfast.com and let us know which location you visited on 6/6? We'll be happy to look into this further and follow up with you directly. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!
Yesterday, I was at the Conway location. They charged me $210 for an oil change, air filters and tire rotation on my truck (1/2,ton gas burner). When I asked about it, the lady that took my card told me it was due to “inflation”. Inflation is one thing but thievery is another. Never again.
Business response:
Hi Andrew, we're sorry to hear you weren't pleased with your last visit. We believe in taking care of our employees, customers, and communities all at a fair price. If you have feedback on how we can improve in this area, please let us know at support@cleancarfast.com.

Mind you, I have a 100 gallon diesel tank in the bed that is plumbed directly into the truck. I go through car washes all the time with no issues. She assisted me in selecting a wash, taking my money, then watched me pull all the way around only to make me back up. If your job is to inspect vehicles prior to entry, do... read more
Went through twice and car wasn’t clean. Nothing like splash and dash before. For $25 they need to step up their game. Don’t waste your money
Business response:
Kim Randy Didier We are sorry your experience wasn't up to our expectations! Do you mind if we ask what location and day you went through the wash, so that we can look more into this matter.
So I’ve had a diesel truck for many years and they have changed my oil several times so I was used to paying 140 bucks for an oil change but today I paid $100 for an oil change for a six cylinder gas burner and I am a monthly member so I got 30% off my oil change. Plus I had a $20 loyalty credit. They advertise that they oil change is only 50 something dollars. Buyer beware ! They charge for every little thing. Five dollars for this S8 dollars for this S9 dollars for this. The 30% off is like a $20 oil change fee. Their adve... read more
