Went on 6/6 for a car wash and detail and they didn’t vacuum between seats or even open the trunk of my suv to vacuum or clean that whole area. Tried leaving message online and voicemail, but no reply.

Yesterday, I was at the Conway location. They charged me $210 for an oil change, air filters and tire rotation on my truck (1/2,ton gas burner). When I asked about it, the lady that took my card told me it was due to “inflation”. Inflation is one thing but thievery is another. Never again.

Attempted to go through the drive through car wash. Purchased the “best” wash and then when I pulled up to enter the Carwash, the attendant informed me that they don’t allow trucks with “gas tanks” in the back. Mind you, I have a 100 gallon diesel tank in the bed that is plumbed directly into the truck. I go through car washes all the time with no issues. Went through twice and car wasn’t clean. Nothing like splash and dash before. For $25 they need to step up their game. Don’t waste your money

So I’ve had a diesel truck for many years and they have changed my oil several times so I was used to paying 140 bucks for an oil change but today I paid $100 for an oil change for a six cylinder gas burner and I am a monthly member so I got 30% off my oil change. Plus I had a $20 loyalty credit. They advertise that they oil change is only 50 something dollars. Buyer beware ! They charge for every little thing.
