my car was still super dirty after going through the car wash. it got some dust off from a dirt road but thats about it. I literally had a bug still stuck in my grill and spots all over my car. terrible experience and NOT worth the prices
On March 18th, I went to Splash Car Wash in Cabot for an oil change. My car has been making a noise lately, so we took it in to be looked at. Now the noise is not related to the oil. But when he checked my oil, there was barely anything on the dipstick. The guy checked and said there was no oil leak! So one month and $50 later and there's no oil in my car? I won't be going back!
I highly do not recommend this company if you value your safety. My lug nuts on all four wheels were loose after getting my tires rotated, which caused one of my wheels to fall off on a two lane highway. I called with my concern and they refused to take responsibility for what happened. My husband left voicemails with the HR department and manager but we have yet to receive a phone call back from anyone.
Took our vehicle to have oil changed here and they couldn't get the oil filter off they put new oil in it but did not change oil filter because they said it was put on to tight and their tool would not take it off and still charged over 100 dollars.
Got oil changed before my trip to Wyoming which is over 1,000 miles. Notice a steady flow of oil coming out. Contacted Splash in Cabot. They told me they only hand tighten the oil filters. Not good!!
I cannot recommend this business and believe others should beware of using their services. The car wash damaged my vehicle and they weren't willing to assist in fixing the problem caused by their equipment. I'm new to the area, and recently took 3 of my vehicles in for an oil change which went well and was appreciated from this perspective. They offered a promotional free car wash for the oil change. Come on, got the Good wash, had tire wash included. It didn’t even get the mud spots off the vehicle that I’d prewashed. The tires had 2 blotches on then, the brushes didn’t even touch most of the tires. water pressure way too high as well. I expected much better Oil change experience was great. The car wash needs improvement.
went in for a change and a wash. they broke my dipstick trying to pull it out to start. after over hearing the mechanic asking for help not know how to change the oil in my truck I felt uncomfortable with them working on my truck and asked them to stop. now they tell me that they have 72 hours to decide if they are going to fix what they broke. so if I would have gotten the oil change and risk more damage to my truck they would have fixed it. was told there was no corporate to call or anyone to talk to to get answers. firs... read more
If your gonna oil changed.. beware they are nice but don’t seem to know what they are doing… started out at 64$…ended up 113$… at Sherwood it cost 70$… won’t be back
