Went through in the 9th for a wash and didn’t get my vehicle clean, still had bugs on windshield and grill, the attendant let me go through again, and still didn’t get it off, ended up handwashing it myself and got it off with no problems.

won't fix or help pay for windshield damage to friends car...seen on film caused by car wash inside the carwash
My husband went through the car wash last Saturday 8/9 and came out with a cracked windshield…. He literally went inside with the ‘manager’ and watched the video where they BOTH saw exactly when the crack happened inside the car wash from top to bottom butttt he just got a call back finally on 8/18 (was supposed to be same day) that they denied his claim Did not even say sorry, did not even offer to refund the $27 wash that left bug guts all over the windshield and grill 🫠 I have neverrrrr had to make a post like this but ... read more
my car was still super dirty after going through the car wash. it got some dust off from a dirt road but thats about it. I literally had a bug still stuck in my grill and spots all over my car. terrible experience and NOT worth the prices

On March 18th, I went to Splash Car Wash in Cabot for an oil change. My car has been making a noise lately, so we took it in to be looked at. Now the noise is not related to the oil. But when he checked my oil, there was barely anything on the dipstick. The guy checked and said there was no oil leak! So one month and $50 later and there's no oil in my car? I won't be going back!

I highly do not recommend this company if you value your safety. My lug nuts on all four wheels were loose after getting my tires rotated, which caused one of my wheels to fall off on a two lane highway. I called with my concern and they refused to take responsibility for what happened. My husband left voicemails with the HR department and manager but we have yet to receive a phone call back from anyone.

Took our vehicle to have oil changed here and they couldn't get the oil filter off they put new oil in it but did not change oil filter because they said it was put on to tight and their tool would not take it off and still charged over 100 dollars.

Got oil changed before my trip to Wyoming which is over 1,000 miles. Notice a steady flow of oil coming out. Contacted Splash in Cabot. They told me they only hand tighten the oil filters. Not good!!

I cannot recommend this business and believe others should beware of using their services. The car wash damaged my vehicle and they weren't willing to assist in fixing the problem caused by their equipment. I'm new to the area, and recently took 3 of my vehicles in for an oil change which went well and was appreciated from this perspective. They offered a promotional free car wash for the oil change.
