Renee from Sahs auto got me in on short notice just the day before a knee replacement surgery. Despite buying and shipping my tires from Tire Rack and having them shipped to Sahs, both Ladies in the office were really pleasant and professional! I love my Michelins, they are so much more quiet than the former brand. I look forward to going back to Sahs for the post install lugnut check. I will be using Sahs, when ever possible in the future, despite the 45 minute drive. Great experience!
I saw Randy at Ace hardware i said I was gifted tow mirrors for my truck and my mirrors didn’t have the right plugs to make all the features of them to work. I asked Randy if he could put them on he said bring it in we will check it out and in 2 hours they called and said we have to order a part and everything will work and when they got that part in. it didn’t take that long to put in. Really reasonable prices. Everything works great makes my truck look really good.
Randy and his crew did a great job repairing my windshield and getting it ready for the winter. Renee handles the paperwork well from the insurance forms and warranty information right down to my loaner.
Thanks to Renae in particular for dealing with the insurance company and keep us posted on each step along the way. Great quality work, nice to have a rental, prompt scheduling, and it looks just like new. Big fans!
My parents had trouble with their minivan and were in a rush to get back from their vacation in Door County. Randy and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful. They got my folks back on the road in no time. Fast, quality, honest service.
