Service Advisor, Scotty, was the rudest man I've ever met. He refused courtesy transportation (even tho website says they do offer it). He refused to allow waiting room accommodations for me for an upcoming appt. He was glaring at me as if I had said or done something to him.. which I had not. When I said I would not be coming back, he said, "I don't want you back!"
