RecommendedQuick and convenient. I went grocery shopping at Giant while I waited, and my car was ready before I could check out!

Scheduled an appointment for state inspection. Get to the shop and was told they don’t do the on Saturdays. No sorry or anything.
Took my car there to get brakes flushed and bled with new fluid and got denied. The desk guy stated " We don't want to be liable if anything happens." So I took it home and put my 10 mm on the bleeder and BAM. Rotated with literally no issues. They didn't even try. "Honest Auto" caught in a "lie." Just tell your client you don't have time next time. Won't be towards me however. P.S. A brake cylinder is only 20$ tops. Not that it was needed however. RecommendedBEWARE!!!! DONT RISK YOUR LIFE!!!!The 20-year-old mechanic is not who you want working on your car. I watched him struggle for hours, that I am being charged for and he still couldn't figure out what to do. The owner offered a discount but never gave me a discount. They violate the Virginia Automobile Repair Facilities Act. The act is in place to provide customers a fair and ethical guideline so that repair shops like this don't take advantage of us. DON'T RISK YOUR SAFETY!!!!
