Sherry the owner was extremely non-accommodating even after she admitted a false diagnosis of my vehicle and that she gave me misleading information. The staff where very pleasant and understanding of the fault of the owner and they were apologetic, but could not refund the money spent or correct the problem with my car. Here is what happened: I sent my car for a heater repair and was contacted by Sherry the Owner that the problem was a cracked valve which was $412 to replace. This was the worst experience I ever had with a company for a simple oil change!!!!! The management failed me big time!!!! Poor customer service! All they want to do is make money off of us! Horrible!
Do not take your car there, NOTHING HONEST, about this place, what a rip off, plus they are very incompetent!!!
They cannot keep a manager there. That way they can always blame the last manager if there is a complaint. I've learned my lesson. I wont be back .
Avoid this place! My mother alternator in her nissan went bad in feb 2015 They did the work on it, now it is oct 28 2015 it went bad again. Theyre suppose to warrenty it for 3 years. Brought the nissan in today to get it fixed. They will not fix even tho i showed them the receipt and proof of work.. they have lost a loyal customer
