Very happy with this shop! They were incredibly fast and friendly, and they did an great job with my repair. What really stood out though were the small touches. After all the snow and salt on the roads, my rearview camera was filthy (unrelated to my repair), and they took the time to wipe it clean. When I picked up my car, there was a “thank-you for trusting us” note with cookies waiting for me! The repair itself was well done, but their exceptional customer service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
My experience was good. It was smooth and the job was perfect. I needed two headlamps I had purchased online installed on my Prius. I called around and Honest -1-Auto Care gave me the best price for removing & replacing head lamps. I was able to bring my car right in and they were quick. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly and I plan on using them for all of my future maintenance for my car. I used to take several cars to this location. And I always raved about it unfortunately that is now changed. Honest 1 no longer lives up to their name And should be avoided. I have never been so disappointed in this severe lack of customer service and how rude the service tech was this morning. My little sister is very young and naïve about cars. Sam was fantastic. Worked with my warranty company to make sure appropriate charges were covered. Helped me navigate car rental process. Clear in communications and always respectful (never sexist as auto shop staff can be with female clients). An excellent experience. Am glad to have my car back and running as she should!
