I used to take several cars to this location. And I always raved about it unfortunately that is now changed. Honest 1 no longer lives up to their name And should be avoided. I have never been so disappointed in this severe lack of customer service and how rude the service tech was this morning. My little sister is very young and naïve about cars. Matt and his team were awesome!.. did a great job with the brakes on my truck as well as a water pump and the price was definitely right and reasonable. Super friendly and I would recommend Honest One Auto Care to anyone in my area.
Sam was fantastic. Worked with my warranty company to make sure appropriate charges were covered. Helped me navigate car rental process. Clear in communications and always respectful (never sexist as auto shop staff can be with female clients). An excellent experience. Am glad to have my car back and running as she should!
I've been coming to Honest-1 in Fort Mill for three years now and appreciate them so much! Had a quick car emergency this morning. Was recommended to go here from my sister who lives in Fort Mill. Called with not their normal request/need. Man said to come in & see if they could help. We did. He worked with a Tec & had us on our way in 15 min. I strongly recommend this team & will be back when needed as I’m down here. From MI
