Today this Honest One lost a very Loyal customer. The customer service and customer care used to be excellent. I took my car in for an oil change, last night before I dropped it off a hinge broke on my back window. We called this morning not to have it fixed but just to have a quick look to see if this was even something that Honest One could do. We just picked up my Jeep and were charged $69 for an incorrect diagnosis. They claimed the entire transfer shift cable needed replaced because the eyelets were broken and were initially going to charge me $380 for the cable plus $200 for labor. We found the cable online for $68 but paid another $30 to overnight it. The eyelets they referenced are actually bushings.
