I’ve been a customer at Honest 1 for over 10 years, and they have always been professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. The work is consistently completed on time, and they’re very transparent about what’s going on and what actually needs to be done. After inspecting the car, they send a full inspection report so you can clearly see what’s happening and understand their recommendations. That level of transparency really builds trust. Honest? Nothing honest about this auto shop!! They tried charging my son over $800, when no one gave them the ok to go ahead and work on the issue, they took it upon them selfs to do the work when all my son asked for was a diagnostic, they said they would give him the results on monday since thats when they could look at it. I used to take my Nissan Rogue to Town Center Nissan for servicing but it's 12 miles and 30 minutes or more depending on traffic. Now I go to Honest-1 Auto Care less than 5 minutes. I took it in for 6 months servicing and my car was ready in a little over an hour. I do wish they provided the shuttle service they advertise.
Mr. Chuck, Mr. Dennis, and the team at the Roswell location were fantastic! They got me on short notice, explained everything clearly, and answered every question with a smile. They were super kind and accommodating to the two other customers that were there also. Genuine crew and folks doing good work - I highly recommend making this your #1 spot for car needs!
