I’ve been a customer at Honest 1 for over 10 years, and they have always been professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. The work is consistently completed on time, and they’re very transparent about what’s going on and what actually needs to be done. After inspecting the car, they send a full inspection report so you can clearly see what’s happening and understand their recommendations. That level of transparency really builds trust. I highly recommend Honest 1.
Can't say enough good things about Honest-1. Pulled into the post office next door to Honest-1 and steam started pouring out from under the hood. Drove to Honest-1 and James and Sawyer knew immediately what went wrong. I walked to NAPA with Sawyer and purchased an $8 part. James, with Sawyers help, quickly replaced the part and didn't charge me a dime! I'm sure that late on a Friday afternoon they would have rather gone home, but they stayed and fixed the problem. Highly recommend!
