I had a great experience at this dealership! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My car was serviced quickly without any hassle, and I really appreciated how efficient they were. It’s not often you find a place that’s both professional and personable—I’ll definitely be coming back for future services.

Honest-1 Auto Care in East Cobb is a wonderful place. I have only gotten my emissions tests done there, but I would definitely consider other auto work in the future. They are very nice and efficient, and their waiting area is very comfortable and clean.

I had my car serviced here in the past with great experiences. My "other"shop had told me I needed control arms. My husband said I should reach out to Honest One for a quote. The man on the phone said they would need to look at my car to see what exactly was needed. During the conversation, I asked two times what the cost would be, and he skirted the question. Shame on me for not pressing harder I dropped my car off, and shortly HO called with a quote. It was close to $3000.00, so I was reconsidering fixing vs. buying a new ... read more

Service was exceptional! Tania was amazing and incredibly helpful! She really cared that I was getting the best prices possible and also showed me how to change my cabin air filter. Wonderful place!

It was time for new break pads and I had heard great things about this place. I get quoted $1200 for rear break pads and rotors!! And also told I need a complete break fluid flush. I decided to go to a smaller mechanic and was told I only needed one rotor on the rear and my break fluid was perfectly fine. This place tries to scam don’t go here!!
