I had a great experience at this dealership! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My car was serviced quickly without any hassle, and I really appreciated how efficient they were. I had my car serviced here in the past with great experiences. My "other"shop had told me I needed control arms. My husband said I should reach out to Honest One for a quote. The man on the phone said they would need to look at my car to see what exactly was needed. During the conversation, I asked two times what the cost would be, and he skirted the question. Honest-1 Auto Care in East Cobb is a wonderful place. I have only gotten my emissions tests done there, but I would definitely consider other auto work in the future. They are very nice and efficient, and their waiting area is very comfortable and clean.

Service was exceptional! Tania was amazing and incredibly helpful! She really cared that I was getting the best prices possible and also showed me how to change my cabin air filter. Wonderful place!

It was time for new break pads and I had heard great things about this place. I get quoted $1200 for rear break pads and rotors!! And also told I need a complete break fluid flush. I decided to go to a smaller mechanic and was told I only needed one rotor on the rear and my break fluid was perfectly fine. This place tries to scam don’t go here!!
