I’ve been a customer at Honest 1 for over 10 years, and they have always been professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. The work is consistently completed on time, and they’re very transparent about what’s going on and what actually needs to be done. After inspecting the car, they send a full inspection report so you can clearly see what’s happening and understand their recommendations. That level of transparency really builds trust. I highly recommend Honest 1.

Honest? Nothing honest about this auto shop!! They tried charging my son over $800, when no one gave them the ok to go ahead and work on the issue, they took it upon them selfs to do the work when all my son asked for was a diagnostic, they said they would give him the results on monday since thats when they could look at it. I used to take my Nissan Rogue to Town Center Nissan for servicing but it's 12 miles and 30 minutes or more depending on traffic. Now I go to Honest-1 Auto Care less than 5 minutes. I took it in for 6 months servicing and my car was ready in a little over an hour. I do wish they provided the shuttle service they advertise.
Honest-1 Auto Care in East Cobb is a wonderful place. I have only gotten my emissions tests done there, but I would definitely consider other auto work in the future. They are very nice and efficient, and their waiting area is very comfortable and clean.
