I’ve been a customer at Honest 1 for over 10 years, and they have always been professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. The work is consistently completed on time, and they’re very transparent about what’s going on and what actually needs to be done. After inspecting the car, they send a full inspection report so you can clearly see what’s happening and understand their recommendations. That level of transparency really builds trust. Can't say enough good things about Honest-1. Pulled into the post office next door to Honest-1 and steam started pouring out from under the hood. Drove to Honest-1 and James and Sawyer knew immediately what went wrong. I walked to NAPA with Sawyer and purchased an $8 part. James, with Sawyers help, quickly replaced the part and didn't charge me a dime! I'm sure that late on a Friday afternoon they would have rather gone home, but they stayed and fixed the problem. Honest? Nothing honest about this auto shop!! They tried charging my son over $800, when no one gave them the ok to go ahead and work on the issue, they took it upon them selfs to do the work when all my son asked for was a diagnostic, they said they would give him the results on monday since thats when they could look at it. Turns out they did everything last friday without anyone's consent, the truck is mine I never gave the ok for anything to be done to it. They thought they could scam a young kid! I went in to have my car looked at because I've been having idling and rpm issues. They told me they couldn't do anything without a check engine light on. As in I suggested diagnostic work because I thought my engine was misfiring, told them the engine light wasnt on when they asked and they told me they could run the code reader but there wouldn't be a code.
