I had such a great experience with Honest 1 and will definitely go back again. They are so responsive, were quick to help me make an appointment, had my car done in a short amount of time and let me apply a coupon that I forgot to bring with me. I will definitely be back.

I took my Camry in to get my door handle fixed, and had a great experience. Shelby helped me and was so kind and helpful. The whole process was super simple and they were great about communicating with me. They even left a cute snack bag in my car when they were done :). Definitely recommend!
Our car needed several services...new battery, wheel alignment, oil and lube. This was accomplished in a few hours along with a detailed inspection of all the vehicle systems. The inspection was thorough and included a report backed up by photos of the areas examined. The staff is friendly and professional...great job.
Update: I got a refund for $50 because the price in the system was apparently not adjusted properly. The owner cares about his customers. Thanks Butch. Staff and waiting area are nice but I just got charged $200 for a standard oil change. Price breakdown was $130 for oil. The same oil is $20 at Walmart. I feel like I just got scammed. I guess bring your own oil if you want to get an oil change done here cause otherwise you’ll get overcharged.
