Moving to Texas and need it a mechanic was a little scary, but we found the best! Brian, Tyler and the whole team were wonderful! They were honest, let us know exactly what was wrong, they never tried to push anything extra on us. There work ethic was outstanding. The quality of work was amazing. Their shuttle service was wonderful! They were so my kind to pick my wife up and take her home. We will never go anywhere else!
Once again the experts at Honest-1 Autocare were not only very helpful & friendly, but professional enough to let me know that although there were several things wrong with my car; about half of those things were not urgent. Needless to say, I greatly appreciated them being honest about that, and this is why I take my car to them as much as possible.
Wonderful to work with! I went in for an oil change, state inspection, and headlight replacement. Not only did I receive phenomenal customer service I paid less for all three services than the dealership wanted to charge for the headlight replacement. I will definitely be coming back for all other vehicle services.
I highly recomment Honest One Auto Care! Highly professional and just like the name says, they are honest. Something as simple as an oil change or state inspection and they will handle the bigger issues on your vehicle.
Everyone asks for recommendations for a honest and reliable auto shop, this is the one. They will physically take you out to your car and show you what they found, what the problem is and give you options for what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, etc. That alone is more than any other auto shop will do
