The people who work there are absolutely incredible. They are very nice, respectful and give you all of the options for your vehicle. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. I rarely take my vehicle to auto shops but would definitely bring my vehicle back here without hesitation. The waiting area is the best I've seen and very comfortable. I'm not sure of people's negative comments about this place but there is nothing to complain about here. I will bring my vehicle back here for repairs.
Great first time experience and after walking in and being greeted by the service writer I turned around and was absolutely amazed as to the comfortable atmosphere in this establishment. I set an 8:00 appointment for an oil change and I left with it being cheaper than I planned. When the service writer called me to the counter to complete my service he shared all the check points on my 2013 truck checked out great with zero recommendations. Just had my truck worked on, they diagnosed it as a minor wheel bearing issue. Ordered the part and fixed it in under 3 hours. Won't go to anyone else now! Great people, too!
Great place for your car care...The place is clean, nice and the folks are professional and honest as the name .... Highly recommend ....Also the waiting area is very cozy with bottle water and good coffee ... Also wifi is amazing �
Nice place and people. One of the guys at the counter looks like Brad Pitt... lol seriously! Atmosphere very comfortable. Initially they took about 25 minutes to come back to tell me that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the A/C and that to do a diagnosis it would be $126.00. I paid it. Approximately, less than an hour went by, Brad-Pitt look a like came back and told me it would cost $1,225.00 in a nutshell to fix my A/C.
