I've been taking my vehicles to Vroom for years now. Always impressed with the appearance of store/employees but even more impressed by the quality of the work and fantastic customer service. But TODAY...blown away when I was handed my oil change bill with a $0.00 balance due. It was on the house! Just because. Incredible.
I have had nothing but great service from these guys since I bought my tires from them. Just got back from another good experience. My car was shaking really bad. Turns out it was just tar caked in the grooves. But as always they got me in quickly and took care of me.
