Always good experience Honesty, integrity and communication with the customer .... the chatter to explain why something needs to be done, recommendations on what should be done ... and completing the repair in reasonable time!!
I've used EAT ever since coming to Prescott in 2007 for our 300E, ML320, and E320, and have never been disappointed. Their staff is knowledgible, fair, honest, and accomodating. Owner Nate Wood is a prince of a fellow with a ready grin and a cup-o-coffee. Try 'em; you'll like 'em!
My wife and I drive from Scottsdale to Prescott to have all the work done at European Auto on our BMW. We won't take it to anyone else. Nate, Tony, and the entire staff are the best. We can't thank them enough for everything they do for us. We highly recommend European Auto.

What an amazing group of guys! They fixed what I thought couldn't BE fixed! My beloved 2002 BMW330xi had developed this horrid shimmy in the steering wheel and gear shift when I would accelerate.
