I reached out to Mike via the email on the webpage, cold, completely new to town and 3 other APR dealers. He got right back to me, some of the others, I still haven't heard from! He said he could do the tune the next day in 40 minutes or less. I showed up and was out of there in a half hour. Turns out we had a mutual acquaintance in another state (small world for car guys) very pleasant...
My experience was excellent. I went in for a APR ECU tune and love the results.The guys at Bartuning are very knowledgeable and will keep at ease throughout the entire process.
