Great place! I love how they show everything with details when you get an inspection and let you pick what services you want done without pressure. They offer Lyfts and after hour pickup which worked wonderful for me since I work late. I loved hanging out with the cats as well! Great prices for the services they provide as well!
From start to finish, my oil change experience here was completely seamless. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and their prices for the oil change are highly affordable. I absolutely love that they offer a complimentary Lyft service to and from the shop. Went in to get an inspection. They were very thorough about it which was nice. Ended up needing engine mounts replaced, which I got done at another shop for $780. They wanted over $1500 for it and were charging $240 an hour for labor. Pretty crazy pricing. Also quoted me for tons of other services which not all really needed to be done, again pretty high pricing.
Every time I talk to someone at Turbo Tim's they are kind, honest, and clearly want to help as best they can. I trust them to tell me when something is necessary versus just a good idea. One time I needed a short turn around oil change and they couldn't accommodate (totally understandable and not their fault) but I got an honest recommendation to another location that could do it. I rarely post any reviews online. The company has a strict policy of not servicing any vehicle older than 20 years. I wanted to have the timing belt and related parts replaced on my 2004 Passat. It is a straight forward job but time consuming. I cannot recommend the shop for work.
