⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Turbo Tim’s is pure magic. I brought my Toyota Venza in for some much-needed upkeep and was met by the dynamic duo, Jack and Darius—equal parts automotive sages and absolute legends. Turbo Tim’s did me a huge favor!! I needed a TON of work done on my car involving warranty coverage. The total price was just out of the question due to the amount of work needed. Jack handled the very difficult warranty company for me for 2 weeks and went back and forth and eventually made sure they covered a majority of the cost of the work. A wonderful experience! They always give you a thourough breakdown with every car check-up with easy to follow explainations as well as recommendations from highest to lowest priority services!! They did wonderful work on my car and I could tell the difference before and after maintenance! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the cats in the lobby are the cherry on top! Would HIGHLY recommend for your next car appointment :)
Friendly, engaging staff. Competent mechanic work. I took my Toyota Camry in to have the brake and clutch lines flushed. They competently advised not to flush the clutch lines until the clutch needs changing. I appreciated that. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the 50 point check and some recommended additional work that really doesn't need doing at present. Great new shop in Mounds View. Come and visit the cats in the waiting room while the shop works on your car. I had an AC charge done for $200 which I thought was very reasonable. I'll be back. We have gone to their RC race events also which is fun for the whole family. Need to get the car painted next to hide the fact that my daughter crashed it. :/
