We had a really good experience with Dowdy’s on State. We were longtime customers of Tune Tech and had high expectations. Cody kept us informed along the way and used their professional experience and judgement to suggest what needed to be done now and what needed to considered for the future. We never felt like they were trying to upsell us, which is refreshing today. We will continue to recommend them to friends and acquaintances. Thank you guys!

Colton provided great service and great communication. And I love not having to call to ask a quick question, but could fire off a text. The payment portal made picking up after hours more secure (and simpler) than paying over the phone. The after-hours dropbox is super convenient; I was able to have two of my vehicles serviced in the same week, which previously would have required more planning. Had an excellent service experience at Dowdy's Tune Tech on State and 12th in Boise. Colton was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the repair on my daughter's Acura TSX. They got us in same day and made key repairs to the power steering system to stop a leak, did an inspection, and an oil change all with a small discount. I was able to still catch a late afternoon flight. Couldn't be happier or more impressed with a shop! We will be using them for service needs in the future. Thanks, Colton and team!

Tri at Tune Tech was very, very polite and helpful. He was courteous and was very informative. Keeping me appraised of the progress made on my car. He tried to save me money and it didn’t work, but he eventually got the car done and it is in excellent condition now.
