Tune Tech has great service and pricing. They made sure to call at every step to make sure I was up to date with what was happening to our vehicle. They even attached images to the invoice as evidence toward some unexpected repairs. They went above and beyond by finding additional possible causes to our issues and made sure to explain it in layman's terms. After the service our car runs smoothly and all of our issues fixed!

Tune Tech downtown always does a great job on my vehicles and this experience was no different. Their customer service is personable and they focus on the needs of the vehicle and have a conversation with me about what’s necessary versus fluff within my budget. They have reasonable prices and it’s always easy to schedule, drop off, pay, and pick up. I always get a call to confirm before any work is done. I trust their work.

I have taken my car here many times over the years I always come back. I trust them. And I love the new technology of showing visually what the estimate looks like. They are professional and respect my time, and I appreciate them very much!

The staff at Tune Tech were all very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. A day that starts with your car not starting is never a good day, but they quickly helped me address the issue, were very communicative throughout the process and made it so easy to get back on the road. I would absolutely come back here again and would highly recommend them.

In general, I dislike spending money at mechanic shops. But when it’s necessary Tune Tech ALWAYS does a great job at a fair price. Troy and the mechanics behind the curtain always treat us great and deliver on what they promise
