Troy and the team at Dowdys Automotive are great. They found the issue quickly and provided me a reasonable price and timeline for the repair. They fixed my truck on time and it runs great. I will definitely return for any service in the future!
Tune Tech has great service and pricing. They made sure to call at every step to make sure I was up to date with what was happening to our vehicle. They even attached images to the invoice as evidence toward some unexpected repairs. They went above and beyond by finding additional possible causes to our issues and made sure to explain it in layman's terms. After the service our car runs smoothly and all of our issues fixed!
Tune Tech downtown always does a great job on my vehicles and this experience was no different. Their customer service is personable and they focus on the needs of the vehicle and have a conversation with me about what’s necessary versus fluff within my budget. They have reasonable prices and it’s always easy to schedule, drop off, pay, and pick up. I always get a call to confirm before any work is done. I trust their work.
Tune Tech did a lens restoration instead of replacement. Turned out great and their suggestion saved me a ton of money. I've gone to Dowdy's on Grove for years. Tune Tech is part of their family of companies and also has left me happy. Would recommend.
I took my car in to have a piece drilled out that had broken off below the surface and was given a quote for the extraction that entailed a fair amount of work. I had them proceed with the extraction. An hour later they called and said they had good new and better news. They were able to get the item removed without a bunch of additional work that was originally quoted.
