Great price for oil changes. I used to go to the 10 minute oil change places for convenience but found that they were always so expensive. $89 to start usually. Tuffy in northville usually has a coupon. My car is in and out in 30 minutes or less. The waiting area is great with beverages. The team is customer service oriented. Went to Tuffy for the first time. The staff there are outstanding !! Especially Isaiah. They did a great job on my car at a reasonable price. This was my first visit with many more to come. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else in the future. If you need a repair or maintenance on your car, I would highly recommend you going to Tuffy for the work. Raymond C. Monette
Matt and Alex were very professional and detailed in their pad and rotors replacements. After initial estimate they found the calipers to be stuck and were very accommodating in staying as close as possible to initial estimate! Much appreciated their showing me the replaced parts! Great service TC
I absolutely loved their customer service! They are definitely there to help you and not just for the money unlike most other shops. They helped me understand what was wrong with my car and they were to able to get it done quickly. I will definitely be returning in the future!!
Ever have one of those days where nothing goes right? Well, I was until I called the Northville Tuffy!! We had 2 cars that needed oil changes, they were able to work around my schedule and we got them done back to back!!! Great customer service and great auto service. They also take care of our classic car. It's like Burger King where...special orders don't upset us!! They're our "go to"!! Maybe you should make them yours too!!
