Went to Tuffy for the first time. The staff there are outstanding !! Especially Isaiah. They did a great job on my car at a reasonable price. This was my first visit with many more to come. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else in the future. If you need a repair or maintenance on your car, I would highly recommend you going to Tuffy for the work. Raymond C. Monette
Had a problem with my coolant overflow reservoir. Dropped my car off Friday around 11:30 am, received a ride home and was picked up again at 3:10 pm to pick up my car. Have had work done there before. Always friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service, reasonable priced so to not break your pocket book. I will be back.
This is my go to place for whenever I need oil changes or car repair. I TRUST this team and family owned business. They are quick, kind and honest with your car repairs. Thank you Matt for driving me home while my car got repaired and to Alex for always keeping dialogue open. You are connected with your customers which is very much appreciated.
I went in for a wheel alignment, and the manager and staff at the Northville store were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very patient, explained everything clearly, and provided an incredible customer experience from start to finish. It truly feels like a one-stop shop for all auto needs. Highly recommend!
this is my 2nd review. i have taken my car there for repairs 3 times, i can not say enough good things about this shop. fast, efficient and always a job well done. i will go back if i need more work done. FABULOUS
