I have had my car worked on a few times now and they have always done an excellent job. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. When I had my brakes done I thought I needed front and back brakes but it turns out I just needed one set done. They could have easily told me both were bad. My car is older and I would have not known any different. They are honest and get the job done quick. Great place!
I recently rolled into Tuffy Tire and Auto Service Center because I had an emergency with my car a couple hours before they closed. With two kids who are disabled in the car, that can be so scary. Manny immediately test drove my vehicle and scheduled service for it to be completed asap. He even offered to drive me to my house which was 30 min away. Glad I brought my car to Tuffy for an oil change & tire rotation. The waiting room was pleasant, comfortable, and offered refreshments. Ezra, the service advisor, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The interior of my car was left as clean as it was before I brought it in. Thank you Roman!!! The owner is very hands-on and I appreciate that. The manager that I had when .asking appointment was very nice and friendly. This shop knows what they are doing, and I look forward in having take care of my car in the future.
