Always friendly, always knowledgeable, always helpful. Got me in and out in the same day. My current and past experiences with this Tuffy’s has been fantastic. UPDATE: The day after I posted the above, my other car pooped out on me. I had it towed into Tuffy’s and yet again, they are incredible to work with. I’ve never before experienced an auto shop that I’ve felt so comfortable with. I will be back
Check in process was easy, they ensured my concerns were noted at intake and even offered coupons for service. Diagnosis was communicated in a timely manner via text and followed up with a phone call. Pick up was seamless! I'll continue to use Tuffy for service.
We can't say enough good things about the staff at Tuffy Tire & Auto. They went absolutely above and beyond all expectations to help our family in multiple ways when we broke down in FL. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable, resourceful, and skilled. It's increasingly hard to find such honest and dedicated service these days. Every employee we interacted with, from the front office, to management, to mechanics, were outstanding. Thank you so much!!
The guys at Tuffy are very welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable! The service is quick but very thorough. I went in for my regular oil change and they always let me know what else might be needed in the near future. Safety is important to them! Thanks Sam for your assistance & advice!
Incredible experience they made the drop off and pick up seamless. Detailed billing with explanation of their services before starting the work and the pricing was good. Looking at all future brake work being done here
