This shop is the best! I have a '97 4Runner and they have done significant repairs on it (over $5k). They ordered exactly the parts that I requested and were reasonably priced. I called around to 3 other shops and received quotes for the same work, so I know they are competitive. They are kind, respectful, and work with you to get what needs to be done, done in the quickest time possible (within reason of course). We were originally referred to ToyDoc Auto to help my teenage son's 2007 Highlander get him through high school and they did so very reasonably and with great communication each time as to what was a safety issue or something that needed to be done right away vs something we could wait on. Words can’t express how thankful I am for this shop. I had a timing belt done at another shop and they completely did it wrong. Thankfully nothing collided. I brought it to Toydoc to diagnose which I had a bad feeling my vehicle was off timing which they confirmed. Unfortunate events but I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. Great place. Reasonably priced and informative. Thoroughly diagnosed the many problems my car has but the main one I went for was figured out pretty quickly. They recommended a shop that does catalytic converters and went to it right after leaving Toydoc. Check engine light hasn’t been on since. Definitely coming back here when needing work done.
