Excellent service. I called ahead to confirm they had an opening. They fit me in between existing appointments. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes. They patched my tire for $20 and put caps on the stem valves for free without me having to ask. Very respectful staff, great waiting area home to AC, coffee, water, and a nice/clean bathroom. I learned a lot from the “how it’s made” program about tires.
Our front right wheel bearing needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment we originally went in for. Their cost was so much better than we had been quoted at Firestone. Eric was extremely friendly and helpful and even provided text and phone updates. Now the car rides smoothly for the first time since we can remember. We're very glad we found TiresUp and will take any future repair work there.
I found Tires Up on Facebook Marketplace and honestly, I was a little nervous at first because you never know what you’re going to get. But the second I messaged about tires, I got an automatic reply, then Diego personally responded right away, and that’s when I knew this was different. Wish I could give 6 stars. This place is just the best. I spoke to Diego over the phone and asked him about an alignment for my 1990 Camaro... while sounding slightly hesitant because of the age of the car, he accepted the challenge and told me to bring her in. Eric was at the front desk when I arrived and I told him some of the complications I was having and what I've done to the car to fix the issues. Best customer service I've ever experienced! I came in at the very end of the day (I called ahead of time to make sure this was okay) with my own tires and wheels to be mounted on my 2020 Volvo V60. I was taken in right away and they stayed after hours to make sure I was good to go. Unfortunately due to the valve stems I requested, I noticed a leak the next day, but I was able to get it taken care of within 10 minutes and haven't had a problem since.
