Personally, I wouldn't go back to this shop. The staff doesn't handle the rims with care, and it seems like they don't have the right tools, since they struggled a lot to remove my old tires and damaged my rims in the process. I also had to watch as they banged around the rims of a brand-new Lexus. They couldn’t get the alignment completely within spec because they told me they didn’t have the right equipment. Excellent service. I called ahead to confirm they had an opening. They fit me in between existing appointments. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes. They patched my tire for $20 and put caps on the stem valves for free without me having to ask. Very respectful staff, great waiting area home to AC, coffee, water, and a nice/clean bathroom. I learned a lot from the “how it’s made” program about tires.
You can trust these folks. I took my Rav4 for an alignment and it was not successful. They spent considerable time troubleshooting. It turns out the issue stems from a factory recall that makes rear tow and camber unadjustable. Negative tow on the rear left causes a pull to the right. They refunded my money for an issue they had no ability to correct. This is a business that values their reputation, even when it comes at thier expense. Best customer service I've ever experienced! I came in at the very end of the day (I called ahead of time to make sure this was okay) with my own tires and wheels to be mounted on my 2020 Volvo V60. I was taken in right away and they stayed after hours to make sure I was good to go. Unfortunately due to the valve stems I requested, I noticed a leak the next day, but I was able to get it taken care of within 10 minutes and haven't had a problem since.
