My experience so far has been outstanding. The customer service has been exceptional, and I truly appreciate the time they took to listen to all of my concerns. Since this was a new purchase and I wasn’t familiar with everything about the vehicle, I pointed out the issues I had noticed. Automotion does a great job on my 2004 BMW M3, this visit involved replacing the water pump, thermostat, expansion tank, and radiator hoses. I am pleased with their work but the communication could have been better this time, I didn’t find out that it wouldn’t be ready on the day promised until I called at 4:22.
This was my first time bringing my car here, and I chose them because their AC diagnostic fee was only $60 compared to $179 at the dealership. I came in because the cooling fan behind the radiator wasn’t working. The mechanic really listened to what I had already observed and the testing I had done myself, then confirmed the issue with their own diagnostics. I had a great experience bringing my GMC Terrain here. They were very quick to diagnose the issue and kept me informed throughout the process with phone calls and updates.
