I’ve used Automotion for over 30 years. They are courteous, thorough and competitive in prices. I had issues with ignition coils for a few months recently but they stood behind their work and replaced all 4 coils at the same time. No cost to me! I am very happy with their service!
Went to 4 other shops to get an alignment that told me they couldn’t do it from my car being too low. Cj was able to get my car in the day after I called and got me back on the road! These guys are great to worth with, very understanding, and I trust them to work on my car which is unheard of for me! The price they gave me was more than fair, after getting 2 quotes at 150 and 1 at 210 Automotion got me taken care of for just 90 dollars for the alignment!
Highly disappointed in the professional of this location. Was recommended by several people for the other location. Had vehicle towed in for diagnosis was called and I was spoken to as if I were stupid, and did the bare minimum diagnostic they could. “Ope it's your alternator” had to ask for further diagnosis because alternator was just replaced was not called or informed of any backwards wires or any sort of communication. We took our Honda pilot in to run some diagnostics on an electrical/modular issue we’d been having. We dropped it off in the morning and upon pickup, they had told us they couldn’t find what was causing the issue, but we were being charged $200 for fixing our alignment. We would have been okay with the charge had they called and asked if we would like it fixed. We took our car in specifically to get the electrical issue fixed and nothing else.
