While the communication from the shop was excellent, I was disappointed by the markup on the parts they supplied. After comparing prices directly with Ford OEM parts, I found that some of the identical parts sold by Team Ryan were marked up by as much as 40–50%. I understand that shops need to make a profit and that their pricing may include a warranty on parts and labor if something fails. However, a markup of that size seems excessive. I like to say Team Ryan did an awesome job. I had my transmission replaced and a few other things done to my vehicle. Five star ford tried to charge me 7500 for an engine harness!! Team Ryan fixed my engine harness with no issues. My bill went from 7,500 to 1,200. Also they kept me informed all the way through the process, which is very important to me. My car was completed in a reasonable time. Thanks Team Ryan for caring about your customers!!!!
