I appreciate the service Sun Automotive provided me. They were very supportive with information of my car overall health. I was provided a very detailed account of the services I desired and the costs within my budget. The time from start to finish was astonishing. My car was towed there on a Saturday. They have a form/envelope to fill out and put you key into. Then, you just put it in a secure drop box. They did a very comprehensive inspection, which also prioritizes most important repairs and maintenance. Jeff was great with communicating with me and even arranged to have someone pick me up to get my car. He even cleaned my very opaque headlights. They definitely earned a top rating. 😁

Hands down, the best automotive shop in the Valley. These guys are honest and knowledgeable, provide excellent customer service, and their courtesy drivers are professional (and helpful for me as I live in Harrisburg with only one car for our household). Talk about a rip-off. I paid $200 for them to diagnose my AC, but they also claimed there were several other issues with my car that were supposedly wrong. For example, they said my transmission fluid needed to be changed, even though I had it changed just a few weeks earlier. They then quoted me $3,000 for AC repairs. However, I ended up getting a completely new AC system and sensor installed elsewhere for only $650. What is wrong with this situation? Jeff was great to work with. I came in to get bulbs replaced and I had the wrong ones and he explained to me the ones I did need. I was also getting my headlights on my car restored. He was very fair on working with me on cost which I very much appreciated. Thanks to him and staff.
