I have used Splash extensively in the past at the Bentonville locations. We took my truck in for an exterior and interior wash yesterday. Came in and the wash was not busy in the slightest. The people were friendly, but the sprayer guy at intake didn’t even spray my truck which was extremely filthy on the exterior, and as such they missed the mark on the exterior. My experience has not been good. I came early at 7 am bc that’s what time Google said they opened. The oil change did not open till 8am. So I had to find something to do in between . I finally get into get an oil change and they had a pipe burst. I get it things happen. I went ahead and paid for the detailing of the interior of my car. We use Splash often for car washes because it’s in a convenient location and fast. This week, we got a $65 car detailing… and I have no clue what we actually paid for. The interior looked the same as when we arrived, except it might have been vacuumed (which we could have done ourselves for free). I hadn’t expected a deep-clean by any means, but I definitely expected an improvement. I had such a great experience at Splash car wash, and I have to specifically shout out Gavin. From the moment I pulled in, he greeted me with such a warm and genuine energy that immediately stood out. He took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose exactly what I needed without any pressure. What really made the experience memorable, though, was his kindness. Needed interior cleaned, bought package with interior shine. $90. Car wash was good even though I didn’t need outside done. I can say it definitely was not worth $90…. Many surfaces not even touched and definitely no shine on surface, still all the dirty places that were there before. Very dissatisfied. Waiting room was clean, didn’t get a chance to finish my coffee( that is what little time was spent on the interior).
