I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler (under 20,000 km) here for a Safety Standards Certificate. They failed the inspection and told me all of my rotors needed to be replaced, quoting me around $1,500. Raj, who is supposed to be a manager, has no understanding of what the client is asking and how a conversation can be done productively. Although, good pricing and quick appointments. The lady on the front desk is very helpful and polite. She understands the nuances of customer needs and even technicals. Wanted to make it my go-to garage, but I'm not doing it anymore because the first point of contact is unprofessional.
