Raj, who is supposed to be a manager, has no understanding of what the client is asking and how a conversation can be done productively. Although, good pricing and quick appointments. The lady on the front desk is very helpful and polite. She understands the nuances of customer needs and even technicals. Wanted to make it my go-to garage, but I'm not doing it anymore because the first point of contact is unprofessional.
I have dealt with Special Interest Automobiles for the past 12 years. The service has been excellent. They always try to accommodate me and my son for services required on our cars. Oil changes while we wait or if it is a bigger job, all the parts are ordered and then the appointment is scheduled..The work is always done in a timely fashion and professionally done.
