I’m new to NC, just moved here from Vermont. This is the first shop I’ve been too and they have been great! Pierson has been my SW! Super helpful not pushy and listens to my needs and concerns! I went in last week for a check on my ac but ended up doing the work myself at another shop I work at because I get parts at cost. But made sure I gave them the business on my tire rotation. I’ll definitely be coming back and this will be my go too shop moving forward here in NC. Thanks yall!
Definitely recommended coming here for your vehicle needs. They were really friendly. They also went above and beyond to help with what i needed while working with my budget. They also offer in-house financing if needed. I've never been to any car shop that strived so hard to make sure my vehicle needs were met. Most places are quick to send you out the door with no care in the world, but that's definitely not the case here.
The engine lights on my vehicle lit up, 5 minutes from the exit I needed, and after taking care of business at the shop I was heading to, (Bill’s Sewing Machines) I was directed to Select Tire by Leanne, who actually called ahead to the Hildebran location to let them know that I was on my way! The informed staff, all super pleasant & helpful, quickly diagnosed the problem. The front desk receptionist was AMAZING and helped me with all the questions I had and never once got aggravated or annoyed! And the mechanics was great and my car is running smoothly now! And has very reasonable pricing! I will definitely be back for any future needs!
I really appreciate this place if someone does not choose to come here to get their car worked on they are absolutely I'm just going to say it stupid this is a great place to come to y'all they sent me videos while I was setting in there waiting for them to fix my car showing me what was wrong with my vehicle and show me what they was repairing they were even quick at what they done so courtesy and the customers that came in had to pick up a vibe because we all was just so sweet to each other a gentleman even shook my hand ... read more
